Infants aged 0 to 12 months take one drop daily, which provides 10 mcg (400 IU) of vitamin D3, 100% of the daily value for that age. Children aged 1 to 3 years also take one drop daily, providing the same 400 IU, or 67% of the daily value for that band. Children aged 4 and over take two drops daily, providing 20 mcg (800 IU), which is 100% of their daily value. Check the pack before giving it to your child, as label instructions take priority over any other source.
Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, suspended in organic MCT oil. That is the complete ingredient list. There is no flavouring, no sweetener and no preservative, which is why the drops are tasteless and why they can be given to a newborn who rejects anything with a taste. The product carries USDA Organic certification and is free from gluten, casein and alcohol. It contains coconut, as MCT oil is coconut-derived, so it is worth noting if your child has a coconut allergy.
The 6.25 ml bottle holds roughly 200 drops at one a day, or 100 at two a day. At a single drop daily for an infant that is around six months of use from one bottle. The bottle is filled by weight rather than to the neck, so it looks part-full when you first open it. That is intentional: the dropper is sized for accurate infant dosing rather than for volume, and an underfilled bottle releases drops more smoothly than a brimming one.

How to use
- Do not shake the bottle.
- Remove the white cap and turn the bottle completely upside down.
- Tap the base lightly with your index finger to release a single drop.
- Give the drop on a clean finger or a pacifier, or add it directly to milk or food.
- Give once daily, one drop for infants and children up to 3 years, two drops from 4 years.
