A CHS Community Pharmacy account allows you to easily manage your address book and payment preferences, see your previous purchases, add products to your wishlist and quickly reorder your favourite products.

Yes, we respect your privacy, so we offer you the option to checkout as a guest.
Just click on ‘Sign in’ at the top of the page. Select 'Create an account', share your name, email address & mobile phone number and choose a password. We will send you an email to verify it is you who created the account, and after verification, you can log into chspharmacy.ae.
My account
Just click on ‘Sign in’ and select ‘Forgot password’. In the next screen, please provide your email address and choose ‘Confirm’. We will send you an email that contains a link to reset your password.
When you sign in to your account, you will see your name appear at the top of the page. Click on your name and then select 'My account'. In the first screen, which is called 'My profile', you can choose to edit your password. First, enter your old password and then create a new one. We will send you an email to confirm you have changed your password.

Product search
There are three ways to search for an item:
You can type the name of the product that you are looking for in the search bar.

If you select a category, you will find several filter options on the left side of the page.

Yes, you can. ‘Upload your prescription’ is a free service offered by CHS Community Pharmacy that allows you to order prescription medicines for yourself or your family members. This way, you can save time and enjoy the convenience of home delivery.

Promotions
You can see all promotions by clicking on the 'Promotions' link in the main navigation. Also, if you select a category, you can filter on promotion underneath 'Filter by' on the left side of the page.
All discounts will be visible during the checkout process. We usually offer three types of promotions:
% Discount: we will decrease the normal sales price with the percentage mentioned.
Buy 1 get 1: if you buy one product, you will get the next product categorized under the same promotion for free.
Buy 2 get 1: if you buy two products, you will get the next product categorized under the same promotion for free.

Placing an order
No, we like to keep things clear. We have a free shipping and no minimum spend policy.
Sometimes you like a product, yet you want to save it for later. That is what the wishlist is for. If you have an account with us, you can easily add items to your wishlist by clicking on the heart sign next to the product. You can move items from your wishlist to your basket and vice versa.
Yes, you can add extra items before checking out. Once you have checked out, any newly added item will be considered a new order.
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation via email.
You can expect three emails from us to update you about the status of your order. The first email will be sent to you when your order is confirmed, the second when your order is on its way and the third when your products have been delivered.

Payment
We offer Card payment online, Card on delivery and Cash on delivery.
If you are not comfortable with making an online payment, we offer you the option to pay in cash when you receive your products. The amount specified during checkout and in the confirmation email is the exact amount you have to pay in cash to our delivery representative.

Offering a safe and secure shopping experience is our highest priority, that is why we specifically chose not to store your payment card details and keep this information with your bank. We are sorry to hear your payment has been denied. This can be caused by several reasons and therefore, we kindly ask you to contact your bank to find out the reason for any unsuccessful payment attempts.
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of your order which contains a link to your invoice. You can also lookup your invoice by signing in to your account. In the tab 'My orders' you will find all details including the invoice.

Delivery

If you order between 9 AM and 9 PM we will deliver your products within 2 hours.
If you order between 9 AM and 9 PM we will deliver your products within 2 hours. If you order after 9 PM your products will be at your doorstep on the next day before 11 AM.

At the moment we deliver in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and select areas in Sharjah. We are working towards increasing our delivery coverage in the UAE.
Cancellations, returns & exchange
You can return any product within 3 days after your purchase if the item is still in its original packaging and condition. Please contact our customer support team. Prescription medicines and products that require temperature control are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You can, as long as you haven't received your order by giving us a call at 04 447 5827 (between 10 AM and 10 PM). Once you have received the item, any amendment or cancellation will fall under our returns & exchange policy.

Upload my prescription
Yes it is. If you want to upload your prescription, we ask you to sign in or to create an account.
Self claim' means you choose to pay for the medicine yourself, and you might claim it later from your insurance company. 'Insurance' means that your insurance company will cover your medicine either fully or partially as per your schedule of benefits.
To help safeguard our customers, we need to check your identity or the identity of the person you want to order medicines for.
The insurance details are only required if you request insurance coverage. We need these details to verify the coverage of your medication with your insurance company.
Yes, you can. The only thing you need to do is upload the prescription, the Emirates ID and the insurance card of your family member.
Yes, that is possible. Just provide us with the address and we will be there.
An adult needs to be present at the address you have provided to accept your medicines. If our delivery representative doesn't find any adult present to receive your medication, we will contact you and re-schedule the delivery.
